The Opportunity We are looking for a Partnerships Team Leader to join us in either Brisbane or Bundaberg. You will lead an important team in the Partnerships division, while working closely with a broader network across Australia. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong commercial focus. You will be building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping our partners deliver MyState products, while ensuring operations run smoothly behind the scenes. What You Will Be Doing Leading and coaching the team to deliver strong service and results Building trusted relationships with partners across Australia Driving product awareness and growing sales through your partner network Identifying opportunities and turning conversations into commercial outcomes Maintaining a strong focus on operations, risk, and customer experience Why MyState You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values doing the right thing.
