- $1,350 - $1,800 per day + 12% Super + Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550

We're committed to attracting dedicated Psychiatrists who want to make a meaningful impact. As part of your welcome to the team, you'll receive a generous signon bonus, up to $25,000:
- 0.2 FTE: $15,000 ($5,000 at 6 months + $10,000 at 12 months)
- 0.4-0.5 FTE: $25,000 ($10,000 at 6 months + $15,000 at 12 months)

What You'll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat early psychosis
- Guide clinical care from intake to discharge
- Provide leadership, supervision, and training
- Drive quality improvement and research

What you'll bring:
- Fellowship with RANZCP and current AHPRA registration
- Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
- Experience in youth mental health, including supporting diverse and vulnerable populations
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Accredited RANZCP supervisor for registrars in training
