The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a highly organised and technically minded Product Manager to join our Bus, Coach, and Power Solutions Sales Team.

Reporting to the Sales Director - Buses, Coach & Power Solutions, you will play a key role in shaping product strategy, supporting technical projects from concept through to implementation, and enhancing product knowledge across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking organisation making a real impact in sustainable transport.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and manage the Australian product portfolio using Scania systems
  • Design and implement pricing strategies to support business performance
  • Support product launches and market introductions across Australia
  • Collaborate with global colleagues, including Scania Sweden, to influence future product development
  • Monitor market trends and identify emerging customer needs
  • Assist with government and private tender submissions
  • Support the development and delivery of product training

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • A genuine interest in buses, coaches, and the transport industry
  • Experience in product management, pricing, or business development
  • Strong analytical thinking and commercial acumen
  • Resilient, "out of the box" problem solver
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in automotive, transport, or industrial sectors (advantageous)
  • The ability to translate customer needs into practical, scalable solutions
