Gladesville Veterinary Hospital is seeking a friendly, organised, and compassionate Part-Time Receptionist to join our welcoming team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with animals and people in a busy clinical environment.

About the role
As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for pets and their owners. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients and their pets with professionalism and care
• Managing phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings
• Processing payments and handling basic administration tasks
• Assisting the veterinary team with day-to-day reception duties
• Maintaining a calm and organised front desk in a busy environment

About you
We're looking for someone who is:

• Warm, friendly, and confident in dealing with clients
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with good communication skills
• Previous reception or customer service experience (vet clinic experience is a bonus, but not essential)
