Our purpose is to nurture each boy to develop into well-rounded young men of good character, who are prepared to contribute positively to society. The College prides itself on providing an exceptional education, together with an innovative strategic plan to support ongoing future success.

We are currently seeking to appoint a permanent part-time College Nurse to join our team in the PAC Health Centre. The College’s Health Centre provides a professional and vital medical service in the care of boarding and day students, including communication with families and staff.

Ideally applicants will have experience in emergency, general practice, paediatric nursing or school nursing. The ability to communicate well and work collaboratively within a small team is important along with attention to detail and a focus on providing a friendly and professional service.

The Health Centre at Prince Alfred College operates between 7.30am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Some weekend work may be offered on occasions. Reporting to the Health Centre Nurse Manager, the part-time position will be rostered up to 15 hours per week during school terms over 40 weeks per year.

The College is an inclusive community where we model our values of Respect, Excellence, Belonging and Endeavour in all that we do. There are many benefits to being employed at Prince Alfred College. We are committed to professional development, we understand the importance of wellbeing, and we value the expertise of our employees.
