Senior Product Marketing Manager - Monetisation
About the role
As our Senior Product Marketing Manager - Monetisation, you'll be the commercial engine behind how we price, package and drive revenue growth across our SME product portfolio. Sitting at the intersection of product, marketing, finance and data, this role is focused on turning innovation (particularly AI capabilities) into scalable, high-impact revenue streams.
You'll lead the development of pricing and monetisation strategies, continuously optimising how we structure our products to deliver meaningful value for customers while maximising commercial outcomes. This is a highly strategic and visible role, requiring strong executive presence, analytical depth and the ability to operate autonomously to influence senior stakeholders and shape the product roadmap.
What will keep you busy...
- Define and execute pricing and packaging strategies that optimise revenue, drive adoption and balance customer value
- Analyse product usage, market trends and customer behaviour to identify monetisation opportunities and pricing improvements
- Build commercial business cases, revenue models and forecasts for new initiatives and product investments
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Sales and Data teams to align on strategy and drive execution
- Lead go-to-market planning for pricing changes, feature monetisation and portfolio updates
- Develop compelling value propositions and messaging that clearly articulate the ROI of premium features
- Monitor market dynamics, competitive pricing and emerging AI trends to inform ongoing strategy
What we'd love to see from you....
- Proven experience in product marketing, pricing, monetisation or commercial strategy (B2B SaaS highly regarded)
- Strong analytical capability, with experience in pricing analysis, revenue modelling and data-driven decision making
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, showing initiative and bringing strategic recommendations to life
- Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, with strong executive presence and communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally in complex organisations, partnering with teams such as Product, Finance and Sales
- Familiarity with AI tools and/or experience monetising new technologies or innovative product features
- Backgrounds in product marketing, commercial analysis, pricing strategy, or go-to-market roles will all be considered
