Our client is high quality multinational industrial tools manufacturer and distributor based in Melbourne's Eastern suburbs. They are now seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead a team of CSOs and service technicians.

Your new role will see you lead a responsive team of Customer Service Officers and Service Technicians to deliver market-leading customer service to both our client's retailers and end-users. You recognise how quality customer care is a key strategic initiative that will both attract and keep customers in a fast moving competitive market.

You are an experienced Customer Service Manager who seeks win-win solutions. You are able to build both the service and knowledge skills of your team through close mentoring, training and leading by example. You are an excellent written and verbal communicator with a keen eye for detail. You have excellent IT skills. Past experience with Navision would be well-regarded.

This is a newly created role in Melbourne, with the potential for genuine career progression for the right applicant. A competitive salary will be negotiated for the successful candidate.
