What you'll actually do:

• Keep the site humming — stock, cash, fuel, store presentation, the works
• Lead from the front and lift the team around you
• Help run a café/kitchen that people genuinely enjoy
• Spot what needs fixing and find the solutions
• Work with the Site Manager to make the site better, your ideas matter here

You're the one if you:

• Love customers and know how to build a team culture
• Communicate clearly and stay cool under pressure
• Are flexible for Sunday–Thursday opens (hello, 4am starts — early birds welcome)
• Are 18+ and happy to get hands-on (some lifting up to 20kg)
