- Lead, deliver and evaluate maternity-focused clinical education programs that drive best practice and improve mother and baby outcomes.
- Provide strong clinical leadership through preceptorship and mentorship, fostering a supportive and collaborative learning culture.
- Apply adult learning principles and contemporary education strategies to build capability and confidence across all levels of staff.
- Partner with management, Nurse Educators and Clinical Nurse Consultants to align education with operational and strategic priorities.

- Do you currently hold Authority to Practice as a Registered Midwife with AHPRA and possess a postgraduate qualification in a relevant clinical field or education? Please attach copies of your AHPRA registration and postgraduate qualification to your application.
