Transport Drivers are responsible for the operation of guest shuttle buses to and from the mountain base areas. You will assist guests with their ski/snowboard equipment and maintain cleanliness of vehicles. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to operating over-snow vehicles, distributing goods throughout the resort, assisting with guest transfers, and transporting injured guests within the resort.

In a typical day in this role, you might:

  • Operate the assigned transportation vehicle and/or equipment in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to assigned routes and following established defensive driving practices
  • Assist with loading and unloading of equipment as needed
  • Conduct Pre/Post trip vehicle checklists
  • Monitor vehicle safety devices and working conditions and report issues

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Medium Rigid (MR) licence or higher
  • Demonstrated experience operating buses or other heavy vehicles
  • A Forklift licence
  • Experience and confidence driving in winter snow and ice conditions

Employment start dates will vary depending on the role and snow conditions, but most roles start in June and finish in late September.
