As we continue to expand and evolve, we're looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join our Finance team and help shape the next chapter of Grill'd. About the Role Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a commercially curious Financial Analyst who wants to make a genuine impact across the business. This isn't a role where you'll simply report on the numbers. You'll be helping tell the story behind them. Working across every part of Grill'd, you'll provide meaningful commercial insight that influences decision-making, improves performance and helps shape the future of our restaurants and Support Office. From analysing restaurant performance and building financial models, through to evaluating marketing campaigns, new product launches and restaurant investment decisions, you'll play a key role in helping Grill'd continue to grow. You'll partner closely with leaders across Operations, Marketing, Digital, Supply Chain and Property, combining strong analytical capability with commercial thinking and outstanding stakeholder management. Here are some of the things you'll be doing: Turn Data into Decisions: Deliver meaningful financial analysis, reporting and insights that help leaders make smarter commercial decisions across the business. Own Planning & Performance: Support budgeting, forecasting and restaurant performance analysis, identifying opportunities, risks and trends across sales, margins, labour and profitability. Partner Across the Business: Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Digital, Supply Chain and Property to provide financial modelling, commercial advice and performance insights that drive better outcomes. Build Better Ways of Working: Develop financial models, automate reporting through Excel and Power BI, and continuously improve processes that create efficiencies across the business. Influence Growth: Help shape investment decisions across new restaurant openings, refurbishments, product launches, promotions and strategic business initiatives. Who We're Looking For Commercial Finance Experience:* Demonstrated experience in commercial finance, financial analysis or business partnering. You'll likely come from a professional services background making your first or second move into industry, or have experience in hospitality, retail or another fast-paced multi-site business. Commercial Thinker: You're able to connect financial analysis with commercial outcomes and confidently translate complex data into practical recommendations. Relationship Builder: You communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels and enjoy partnering with the business to influence decisions. Organised & Resilient: You thrive in a fast-moving environment, manage competing priorities well and stay calm under pressure. Analytical & Detail Focused: Strong Excel skills are essential, with experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools highly regarded.
