Emerging Markets Solutions Consultant - APAC
The Emerging Market Solutions Consultant - APAC will be chartered with validating and establishing Equus's go-to-market presence in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. The role will also be responsible for supporting the end-to-end client lifecycle across all Equus products and services; in order to validate and justify Equus' continued investment in the region.
As a key member of our Equus GTM team, the role requires someone versatile and passionate about Global Workforce Mobility Technology to help establish and expand in new markets. The role provides excellent advancement opportunity to learn across our entire client lifecycle, interact with both prospects and existing clients, utilize your Global Mobility consulting skills and support our broader software development and sales initiatives in an exciting emerging market. This role would directly report to the Global Head of Sales.
Requirements
Business Development & Sales:
Develop and execute a regional go-to-market territory plan
Participate in regional events to drive awareness and sales qualified leads
Effectively communicate the Equus message and key differentiators
Continuously learn about the Equus product line, new features, benefits, and solutions associated with Equus Software products and services
Lead RFI and RFP submissions
Support client contracting and pricing negotiations
Support client questions around Data Privacy, System Security, and functionality / solutions
Support marketing initiatives such as Client Conferences, Trade Shows, and Industry events
Business Analysis & Consulting:
Meet with prospective clients to understand and analyze their Global Mobility program and technology requirements.
Design and configure Equus Software solutions to support custom demonstrations and sandboxes for prospective clients
Lead client workshops to investigate processes and identify process inefficiencies
Lead a consultative, solutions-based approach to effectively deliver what the client needs
Demo Equus Software solutions in a tailored way to showcase value to the Client's program
Document overall system requirements (including process flows and functional requirements)
Establish and provide overall design for the solution implemented
Lead training and create client/user training materials
Participates in external client training sessions such as webinars, user conferences, client specific training sessions, etc.
Provides internal training on industry, best practices, and soft skills (proactive communication strategies, fostering positive working relationships, business writing...), etc.
Project & Account Management:
Maintain good relationships at the executive and manager level of clients through regular contact and discussion of business needs
Help manage client product enhancement ideas and priority lists
Review issues logged by client to ensure completeness and provide direction on solutions and oversight of client communications
Develop and deliver implementation project plans factoring-in client requirements, solution design, and resource availability
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the Global Mobility industry
Minimum of 3 years of experience designing & configuring Equus Mobile Workforce Platform
. Minimum of 1 year of industry experience in business travel compliance and international payroll
Proven experience fostering successful client relationships
Experience leading multiple work streams
Software configuration and/or business analyst experience
Ability to understand complex client business processes, issues, and needs
Ability and flexibility to self-manage, organize, and prioritize in order to meet multiple deliverables and deadlines in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills

EDUCATION
Bachelors' degree and minimum of 5 years of Global Mobility experience (in-house, Big4 or vendor
