What's the role?

This is an opportunity to step into a Senior Relationship Manager role within Westpac's Corporate Agribusiness portfolio, based in Sydney. You'll lead a portfolio of large and complex agribusiness customers, building trusted, long-term partnerships and supporting their growth over time. You'll bring together relationship management, credit leadership and sector insight, working closely with colleagues across risk, product and specialist teams. The role offers strong exposure, influence at senior levels and the chance to play a meaningful role in shaping the future of Corporate Agribusiness.

What do I need?

  • Experience managing complex corporate or agribusiness customer relationships.
  • Confidence leading credit conversations and balancing growth with sound risk judgement.
  • Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Strong commercial insight and curiosity about the agribusiness sector.
  • A collaborative approach to working with specialist team.
