Production Operators Multiple Casual Roles Available!

Position Overview

We are seeking 20+ reliable Production Operators to join our factory team from mid-July through to the Christmas period. This role offers steady casual work, competitive pay, early starts and finishes, full training, overtime opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 5:00am - 1:30pm, and Friday, 5:00am - 11:00am. Weekend overtime may be available for suitable candidates.

Working holiday visa holders are welcome to apply, provided they have valid Australian work rights and a Tax File Number. Please note this is not cash-in-hand work; successful candidates will be employed through standard payroll arrangements.

What you'll be doing

• Assembly and process work, including checking, packing and labelling products.

• Manual handling where required, along with general factory and housekeeping duties.

• Following safe work procedures, production requirements and quality standards.

What we're looking for

• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Able to read and understand English instructions and complete repetitive tasks safely and accurately.

• Good attention to detail, commitment to safe work practices and availability for the required shifts and possible overtime.

• Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and provide proof of valid Australian work rights and Tax File Number.

Full training will be provided. PPE will also be provided, except steel cap/toe cap safety shoes, which must be supplied by the employee.
