About the Role:

We're looking for a friendly and organised Weekend Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our care community at Templestowe Grove Care Community.

  • Employment Type: Permanent part-time. Weekend Work Required.
  • Remuneration: Attractive hourly rate (DOE) + 12% superannuation

What You'll Do:

Be the warm, welcoming, and helpful first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors.

Provide exceptional customer service, answering calls and enquiries with care and professionalism.

Offer a personalised touch, knowing residents by name and providing hospitality like a cup of tea.

Support essential administrative tasks including managing mail, maintaining records, and assisting with rostering.

Create a positive and organised environment at the front desk, ensuring a great first impression.


What You'll Need:

Experience in a reception, front-of-house, or customer service role

A warm, friendly, and professional manner with excellent communication skills

Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail

Proficiency in computer systems including MS Office

A genuine passion for helping people and creating a welcoming atmosphere

Willingness to complete:
