About the Team The Master Data team ensures the quality and value of Master Data to the Group and retail Brands through the standardisation and continuous improvement of master data management, capabilities, processes and governance. About the Role We have two exciting opportunities available for Master Data Specialists to join our team at Strathpine on a 12-month max-term contract. Reporting to the Master Data Improvement & Compliance Manager, the Master Data Specialist supports the evolution of Super Retail Group's Master Data, through all operable functions of the Master Data team. This includes governance, information management, utility and application. This role contributes to the planning and future state for all master data management while supporting key projects and working on the service design and successful delivery. Each day will bring something different, but the key responsibilities of the role will be to: Support the Development of current and future state Master Data practices, aligning to the Super Retail Group's Enterprise Information Management (EIM) direction and structure, and support the SRG total business Strategy. Consult closely with Senior Business Leaders to understand core requirements for Master Data purpose and application to help define and refine Master Data Management practices. Measure and monitor the current and required future state of Master Data Management maturity at SRG Execute change initiatives. Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes. Conduct detailed auditing activities and support administrative functions, ensuring all data is accurately entered into the system in a timely manner and in line with SLAs. Enjoy a hybrid working model, with at least two days per week based in our Strathpine office. About You We are seeking a results-driven and outcome-focused individual. In addition, you will have: Experience in the Retail industry and knowledge of SAP retail data management (ideal) Analytical Skills and Data Analysis skills Confident to work in a cross-functional team Ability to communicate and present information confidently to a wide range of stakeholders A proactive attitude and a growth mindset Problem-solving skills including ability to focus on details while maintaining "big picture" view WHY JOIN US?
