As Service Administrator you will coordinate service administration, including job scheduling, invoicing, and purchasing, while supporting KPIs and smooth service delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient operations and provide backup support during peak periods.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Coordinate service administration, including job scheduling, work orders, and customer updates
  • Manage service invoicing, job closures, purchasing processes including purchase orders, receipting, accounts payable, and provide payroll support as required
  • Accurately process labour entries and support WIP/PIP management aligned with KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal departments and Customer Service Advisors to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Balance multiple tasks and deadlines while supporting branch and corporate performance targets
  • Provide backup support for the admin and parts team during breaks, leave, or peak workload periods
  • Assist with general service administration and other branch administrative tasks as required

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Proven significant experience in fast-paced customer service, handling diverse inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders effectively
  • Exceptional organizational skills, prioritizing conflicting tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and expectations
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Suite; training provided on other programs
  • Technical Experience is highly beneficial
