About the Role As Learning & Development Manager, Sydney Airport you are accountable for workforce readiness across Certis' Sydney Airport portfolio through translating legislation, airport requirements and operational realities into high-quality training, accreditation and coaching-ensuring every employee is compliant, capable and audit-ready each shift. Key Responsibilities Lead training governance aligned to CISC, Aviation Screening Notice 2025, ATS Act and RTO standards Manage learning Management System (Moodle) as single source of truth - ensuring audit traceability and compliance Enforce pre-roster competency gate - no deployment without current accreditation Lead induction, recurrent training and CPD programs Execute internal and external audits (CISC, ASQA, Sydney Airport) Drive data-led improvement using LMS and operational insights Lead training, coaching and scheduling teams About You Must have Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent Experience leading training and accreditation in regulated environments Strong audit, compliance and RTO framework capability Expertise in assessment integrity and document control Strong stakeholder engagement with regulators and operations Why Join Certis High-impact leadership role at Sydney Airport Influence workforce capability at scale Exposure to regulators and senior leadership Next Steps: Once you've submitted your application, the next step is to complete a virtual interview with Certis.
