ABOUT THE ROLE
In this newly created role, our People Services & Projects Lead will play a key role in shaping a seamless, consistent and digitally enabled people experience across Cotton On.
You'll lead the evolution of our People Services model-designing and embedding smarter, simpler and more intuitive ways for our teams to access support. A big part of this is leveraging our HRIS / HCM platforms and digital tools to enable self-service, reduce friction, and create scalable solutions that support our global workforce.
You'll partner closely across the People team, Technology and key business stakeholders to optimise systems, streamline processes and uplift service delivery. From improving how we use our people systems, to rolling out new tools and driving adoption, you'll ensure our people experience is efficient, connected and future-ready.
This role blends service design, systems thinking and project delivery-with the opportunity to make a real impact on how our people interact with HR every day.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Leading the evolution of our People Services model, with a strong focus on digital enablement and self-service
Driving optimisation and continuous improvement of our HRIS / HCM systems to enhance usability, functionality and employee experience
Designing and embedding intuitive self-service solutions (e.g. knowledge hubs, workflows, automation, case management tools)
Partnering with Technology and vendors to deliver system enhancements, upgrades and new capabilities
Identifying opportunities to streamline and automate manual processes, improving efficiency and consistency across the People team
Leading end-to-end people projects, from discovery and design through to delivery and adoption
Using data, insights and user feedback to inform decisions and continuously improve service delivery
Driving strong change management and adoption, ensuring tools and processes are well understood and used effectively
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Experience in People Services, HR Operations, or Service Delivery, ideally within a complex or global environment
Strong hands-on experience with HRIS / HCM platforms (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar), including system optimisation and implementation
Proven ability to leverage technology and digitisation to improve employee experience and drive self-service adoption
Experience designing and implementing end-to-end service solutions, including workflows, automation and case management
Strong project delivery experience, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution
A data-led mindset, with confidence using insights to identify opportunities and measure impact
Highly collaborative, with the ability to partner across People, Technology and business teams
A passion for simplicity, continuous improvement and creating great user experiences
