Mid to Senior Quantity Surveyor
A well-established national Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a Mid to Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Brisbane office.

Role Overview
This role is suited to a Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years' consultancy experience looking to take the next step in their career.
You'll work across both pre-contract and post-contract services, supporting the delivery of projects from early cost planning through to final account. Experience across high-rise residential and/or healthcare projects will be highly regarded. You'll work closely with experienced senior professionals while taking ownership of your own projects and developing your client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare cost plans, estimates and feasibility studies across all project stages
Undertake quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities
Manage tender documentation, procurement and tender evaluations
Complete cost reporting, forecasting and financial analysis
Assess variations, progress claims and final accounts
Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors throughout project delivery
Identify commercial risks and provide value engineering recommendations
Support the successful delivery of multiple projects across a range of sectors
Skills & Experience
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
3+ years' Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy environment
Experience across high-rise residential and/or healthcare projects
Strong understanding of pre-contract and post-contract services
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
AIQS membership or working towards accreditation is highly regarded
