About the Role Juniper is seeking a Property Maintenance Coordinator to join the team. Reporting to the Property Services Manager, you will coordinate maintenance activities across Juniper's buildings and grounds, ensuring compliance with accreditation and statutory requirements while supporting the delivery of consistent corporate presentation standards. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you'll be the central point of coordination between sites, contractors and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Coordinate reactive, ad hoc and planned maintenance work orders Monitor and manage jobs from initiation through to completion Prioritise requests to ensure timely and efficient service delivery Respond promptly to maintenance enquiries via phone and email Proactively follow up outstanding works and escalate where required Liaise with site teams to understand and respond to maintenance needs Support the achievement of Juniper's corporate standards for building and grounds presentation Represent Juniper during accreditation visits as required Coordinate contractors to ensure works are completed on time and within budget Ensure all works meet legislative and compliance requirements Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and service providers About You You are a highly organised and customer-focused professional with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. You thrive on problem-solving and building strong relationships.
