Sales Lead
The Vice President, Sales Leader will spearhead the growth and expansion of our business in the strategic markets of APAC region primarily of Australia and New Zealand. This senior leadership role is primarily focused on market growth - driving new client acquisition, and identifying new opportunities for our domain operations, digital, data, and AI solutions.
Additionally, the role involves a small component of account management, particularly with key accounts, ensuring strong relationships, strategic alignment, and the successful delivery of services.
This position requires a deep understanding of client needs, market dynamics, and product offerings to build strong relationships, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for account growth. The selected candidate will act as a strategic partner to clients, manage key accounts, and lead the execution of sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
Masters Degree in relevant field with 16 - 20 years of relevant experience

Strategic Planning & Market Alignment
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for APAC markets. Collaborate with senior management to ensure the strategy aligns with the company's global objectives, driving growth and consistency across regions. -
P&L Ownership
Take full ownership of the P&L for clients' business in the APAC markets. Oversee the development and management of budgets for business development activities, ensuring effective cost management and meeting financial goals. Monitor and report on financial performance against set KPIs. -
Sales and Revenue Growth
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new client acquisition in the APAC market. Collaborate with internal teams to design and pitch Domain Ops, Data & Analytics, and AI solutions tailored to client needs. Develop account growth plans, track revenue progress, and adjust strategies to meet targets. -
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive intelligence in the within APAC markets. Use insights to refine business strategies and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market landscape. -
Partnerships and Alliances
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand the company's presence in the APAC market. Negotiate and establish alliances to enhance market penetration and strengthen the company's position in these regions. -
Prospecting and Lead Generation
Develop targeted prospecting strategies utilizing advanced tools and analytics to identify high-potential prospects across APAC market. Leverage industry networks to discover new business opportunities and grow the client base. -
Sales Strategy & Execution
Create and implement tailored sales strategies for specific market segments in APAC market. Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through to closing, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives to maximize revenue generation.
