As a Communications Advisor at eHealth NSW, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality internal and corporate communications that make a real difference to healthcare across NSW.
Working within the Strategic Communications team, you'll support the planning and delivery of communication campaigns, content, and initiatives that promote eHealth NSW's products, services, culture, and strategic priorities. You'll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver clear, consistent and engaging messaging across multiple channels - including intranet, digital platforms, events, and corporate communications - aligned with NSW Government and eHealth NSW brand standards.
In this role, you will:
- Create high-quality-quality, engaging written and visual content for internal and external audiences across digital and traditional channels, in line with eHealth NSW and NSW Government branding standards.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand priorities and deliver timely, effective communications.
- Manage and publish content across digital platforms, coordinating newsletters, events, collateral and campaign activity.
- Collaborate creatively to produce a range of communication assets including social content, videos, presentations, event materials and marketing collateral.
- Track, analyse and report on communication performance to inform future strategies and continuous improvement.
- Support the smooth delivery of communications work by managing workflows, meeting deadlines and contributing positively to a collaborative, fast paced team environment.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting communication campaigns and providing advice in a complex organisation, with relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Has a proven ability to contribute to communication strategies and coordinate activities within a busy communications team.
