An exciting temporary opportunity exists for an experienced clinician to fill this challenging role to lead and manage the Early Psychosis Program (EPP) team - a specialist multi-disciplinary team providing evidence-based care to in the delivery of a comprehensive, integrated, innovative mental health service to young people aged 14 - 25 who have recently experienced a First Episode of Psychosis (FEP). Where you'll be working
Based at Bondi Junction Community Mental Health Centre, ESMHS Bondi Junction with some travel to other SESLHD MHS sites as required.

Role Requirements
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the following criteria in your application:
- Social Worker or Occupational Therapist qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award. Social Worker eligible for membership of AASW or Occupational Therapy with current registration with AHPRA. Registered Nurse/Midwife with current unrestricted registration with AHPRA and meet the requirement for NUM 1 grading under the NSW Public Health System Nurses' and Midwives' State Award. Psychology registration with the PsyBA, along with completion of 12 months at the 9th year of service and thereafter point on the salary scale for Psychologists. For Clinical Psychologists, full Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA), with endorsement in Clinical Psychology or Clinical Neuropsychology (or eligibility to progress towards the same), along with a minimum two-year full-time accredited postgraduate Masters or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or Neuropsychology.
- Demonstrated clinical leadership skills and an ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary framework with a demonstrated commitment to excellence in practice.
- Demonstrated advanced skills in mental health assessment and treatment including individual and family Interventions.
- Proven ability to implement changes and develop direction in clinical practice by the utilisation of evidence based research.
- Ability to manage and direct the delivery of services in a complex mental health setting.
- Demonstrated understanding of the contemporary theory and direction of youth mental health, particularly early intervention.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes and demonstrated application of evidence-based practice within mental health.
- Current drivers licence (or a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position)
