What you'll be doing
The Administration Officer provides comprehensive administrative support to the Oncology and Haematology Unit, ensuring efficient patient flow, appointment management, billing processes, and communication between patients, medical staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
The role requires excellent computer literacy, customer service skills, and administrative experience.
Previous medical administration experience is highly desirable.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
  1. Highly professional phone manner and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to be self-motivated with good time management skills.
