Join the Team
As a Portfolio Manager within the Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA), you will provide senior leadership and operational support across business, financial, and corporate functions to enable the successful delivery of one of NSW Health's most significant digital transformation programs.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the implementation of the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR), supporting the delivery of a statewide, integrated patient information system that enhances care outcomes and improves the experience of patients and clinicians.
Working in a complex and fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with eHealth NSW, Local Health Districts, Specialty Health Networks, and external partners to ensure high-quality, responsive, and efficient service delivery aligned to SDPRIA's objectives.
In this role, you will:
- Lead operational delivery across technology, devices, and integration support functions
- Provide confidential executive support to the Director including but not limited to coordination of meetings, preparation of correspondence, and stakeholder liaison
- Oversee financial, resource, and workforce management, ensuring strong governance and compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across SDPRIA, eHealth NSW, and health districts
- Drive continuous improvement of business processes, systems, and service delivery
- Manage complex and escalated issues while supporting program reporting and performance outcomes

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has extensive experience leading operations, program delivery, or digital health initiatives in complex environments
- Demonstrates strong leadership capability with experience managing teams and driving performance outcomes
- Brings proven experience in financial, resource, and operational management, including governance and compliance
- Has exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
- Is a strong problem solver, able to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
