Bowral Hospital is looking for passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our inpatient team. In this role, you will critically assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with a skilled multidisciplinary team. Your work will focus on delivering evidence based, culturally appropriate care that enhances patient outcomes, while maintaining strong communication and professional standards that support safe, high quality healthcare.
- Critically assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care using evidence based and culturally appropriate practices
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve quality patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively in a person centred manner with patients, carers and colleagues
- Uphold clinical practice standards while engaging in continuous professional development

Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Describe a recent clinical situation in your speciality area where you were responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, culturally responsive care. In your response, explain how you applied evidence based critical thinking, collaborated with patients/consumers, carers, and the multidisciplinary team, and ensured care needs were identified and met.

Provide an example of a time you had to manage a professional conflict or challenging interpersonal situation in the workplace. Describe how you maintained a professional and personable approach, contributed to risk management, safety, or quality improvement, and ensured the situation was resolved constructively.
