As a Senior Digital Health Analyst in the Patient Administration System (PAS) Workstream, you will support the design, configuration, implementation and optimisation of digital health solutions across key patient administration functions.
The PAS Workstream includes a broad range of statewide administrative and operational functions, including registration, scheduling, admissions, referrals, waitlists, billing and revenue, health information management, patient identity and patient movement. These functions are critical to patient flow, data quality, operational reporting, revenue integrity and safe, efficient care delivery.
We are looking for experienced digital health and PAS subject matter experts who understand how patient administration processes work in practice and can help translate that expertise into safe, scalable and effective digital solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and support the design, configuration, testing and implementation of digital health solutions across patient administration functions.
- Translate complex PAS workflows and technical concepts into clear, actionable advice for administrative, clinical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement across design governance forums, working groups and project teams.
- Define current and future state workflows, business requirements and system configurations, maintaining high-quality documentation.
- Support testing, issue investigation and resolution, contributing to continuous improvement and product backlog management.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Tertiary qualifications in Health Information Management, health administration, digital health, information management or a related discipline, and/or equivalent extensive demonstrated experience in patient administration or digital health.
- Significant experience working with Patient Administration Systems, electronic medical records or enterprise digital health platforms in a public healthcare environment.
- Strong subject matter expertise in one or more patient administration domains, including registration, scheduling, admissions, referrals, waitlists, billing and revenue, health information management, patient identity or patient flow.
- Demonstrated ability to work with operational, technical and program stakeholders to define requirements, resolve issues and support system implementation.
- Experience supporting system testing, defect management, workflow design, documentation, readiness or implementation activities.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate operational requirements into clear digital health outcomes.
