Join the Team
As a Senior Integrity and Investigations Officer within our Audit & Integrity team, you will play a key role in strengthening organisational integrity across eHealth NSW and the Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA). You'll contribute to the development and delivery of the integrity program, including fraud and corruption control, while working across high-impact digital health initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure robust, compliant, and effective integrity practices are embedded across the organisation.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver and enhance the organisation's integrity program, strengthening our fraud and corruption control plan and promoting a strong ethical culture.
- Lead and conduct investigations into serious wrongdoing, including gathering evidence, undertaking interviews, and preparing findings in consultation with the Head of Audit & Integrity.
- Manage and oversee public interest disclosures in line with legislative requirements, ensuring reporters are supported and protected.
- Coordinate and collaborate with external agencies on complex or high-risk matters.
- Support and promote a 'speak up' culture by engaging stakeholders and providing guidance on integrity-related matters.

About You
To be successful in this role you'll need:
- Proven experience conducting and managing investigations within a government or public sector environment, including interviewing and evidence gathering.
- Strong knowledge of integrity frameworks, fraud and corruption control, and relevant public sector legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to assess complex issues, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Relevant qualifications in investigations, law, governance, or a related field (Certificate IV in Government Investigations is desirable), or equivalent professional experience.
