Why you're here:

As the Studio Manager in our Sydney studio, you will be an integral part of our team, creating a welcoming, professional, and inclusive environment that represents our values. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, including clients, and ensure that our studios, (Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, as well as other regions as required) are well-organised, efficient, and supportive spaces. This role requires you to be onsite 5 days a week, you'll work in-office from Monday through to Friday.

What you're responsible for:

  • Maintain a high standard in our Sydney Studio space, ensuring it's a well-functioning, inviting environment for team members and guests alike.
  • Greet and interact with team members and guests in a way that embodies our company'scommitment to inclusivity, respect, and collaboration.
  • Manage incoming calls and voicemails, ensuring prompt and clear
  • Oversee studio supplies for Sydney and other locations, ordering and tracking stock for essential items, and ensuring resources are readily available.
  • Assist team members with meeting room bookings, setup, and overall organisation for both in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Support kitchen upkeep, including maintaining the coffee machine, managing the dishwasher, and keeping the space clean and organised.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring high-quality, timely assistance for tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, working with couriers and delivery services as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date records, including contact lists, and support safety initiatives with up-to-date health and safety representative contacts.
  • Partner with building management, security, and other vendors to maintain and support a safe, professional, and functional workspace.
  • Actively contribute to a positive studio culture by organising team celebrations, events, project handovers, holiday gatherings and fostering an environment of engagement and well-being.
  • Identify potential risks and collaborate with the Health & Safety Manager or People & Culture Business Partner to ensure compliance with ethical and safety practices.
  • Organise catering for internal meetings and events, and support events for both internal and external stakeholders, creating memorable experiences that reflect our culture.
  • Handle the onboarding of new team members with access card setup and office
  • Assisting other disciplines coordinate in-house and offsite workshops and events
  • Helping senior leaders with ADHOC tasks
  • Responsible for facilitating regional all studio meetings and scheduling in calendars

Your experience and skills:

  • Background in Business Administration, Office Management, or equivalent experience in a support/coordination role preferred but not essential
  • Experience in a front-of-house or reception role, with a talent for making positive first
  • Proven ability to provide proactive administrative support, with attention to discretion and
  • Detail-oriented, organised and agile in handling varied
  • Strong time-management skills with a proactive approach to supporting the team's
  • Committed to delivering exceptional service and embodying our values in all client and team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to quickly learn new tools as
  • A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
