Samples Coordinator - Accent Group
Join the team behind some of the world’s leading sneaker and lifestyle brands. We’re looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Samples Coordinator to join our team at The Accent Group!
This role plays a key part in supporting the Samples and Supply Chain function by managing inbound stock, coordinating sample movements and ensuring accuracy across all processes.
Roster: Monday to Friday 7:00am-3:00pm

What you’ll be doing
- Receive and process inbound sample stock with a high level of accuracy
- Split and prepare stock ready for receipting and distribution
- Receipt stock into internal systems and Excel trackers
- Coordinate and dispatch samples for upcoming ranges
- Load and unload inbound deliveries and sample shipments
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and logistics issues
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure processes and compliance requirements are followed
- Support the wider Supply Chain team and assist with additional tasks as required

- Able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Strong computer literacy and Microsoft Excel skills
- Team player with a collaborative approach
- Professional, proactive and solutions focused
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly
- Retail background experience preferred
- Warehouse management or warehouse operations experience preferred

- RF scanner experience
- Forklift licence and experience preferred but not essential
