Be the first point of contact for our patients and referrers at ourCampbelltownNationalContact Centre.In this vital role,you'lldeliver exceptional service by managing high-volume inbound calls as well as outbound calls and digital interactions while providingaccurate, compassionate guidance to our customers and collaborating closely with team leaders and clinic healthcare staff.

Dutiesand responsibilities
- Handle Inbound/outboundcalls as well as digital interactions promptly and professionally
- Provideaccurateinformation, scheduleappointmentsand update records
- Handle patient andreferrerenquiries with empathy
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed
- Maintain customer service quality and meet daily KPIs
Skills & Experience
- Strong verbal communication and empathy
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Detail-oriented with focus on compliance, quality and KPIs
- Proficient computers skills across multiple systems including but not limited to Genesys telephony, outlook,teamsand CRM software
- Enthusiasticlearner:previouscall centre experience preferred but notrequired
