Looking to take the next big step in your sales career? Nestle is on the hunt for a driven and dynamic Account Executive to join our high-performing team, supporting our growing Pharmacy channel.

In this role, you'll partner closely with a Senior Customer Business Manager, playing a key part in bringing bold growth plans to life. From strategy to execution, you'll own the delivery of joint business plans and help unlock new opportunities with our customers.

A day in the life...

No two days look the same-here's a snapshot of how you'll make an impact:


Drive execution of customer joint business plans and ensure initiatives land successfully
Coordinate promotions and product launches, managing submissions and activations end-to-end
Analyse category, customer, and competitor performance to uncover growth opportunities
Build strong partnerships with internal teams and key customer stakeholders
Keep the business connected by sharing channel insights across Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales
Optimise promotional plans to maximise ROI and hit financial targets
Manage trade spend and reporting with accuracy and accountability
Oversee commercial calendars and promotional plans to ensure smooth execution
Elevate Nestle's digital presence by managing online content and tracking performance KPIs

Are you a fit?

You're ambitious, commercially savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where results matter.


2+ years experience in a commercial role (Account Management, Category, or Field Sales)
Strong FMCG experience and a hunger to grow in Sales
A natural relationship builder who can influence and collaborate with ease
Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
Proactive, resilient, and adaptable-you get things done
Comfortable working with data (experience with Circana, Synergy, or Quantium is a bonus)
Digitally savvy with a sharp commercial mindset
