Architectural Technician - ArchiCAD
A design-led architecture practice is seeking an ArchiCAD Architectural Technician to support a growing pipeline of Class 2 and aged care projects.
The studio has built a strong reputation for delivering technically resolved projects, with a clear focus on documentation quality, coordination and buildability. Their work spans multi-residential and community-focused developments, with projects typically running from early design through to delivery.

Role Overview
This role is suited to an Architectural Technician with ArchiCAD skills, who is confident working across the delivery-stage on projects.
You'll be supporting documentation and coordination across Class 2 and aged care projects, working closely with Project Architects and consultants to ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated and aligned with project requirements.
It's a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working through detail and contributing to well-executed project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and manage construction documentation packages
Coordinate drawings with consultants and internal teams
Work across ArchiCAD on live projects
Implement mark-ups and revisions accurately
Support delivery through documentation and coordination stages
Skills & Experience
Relevant architectural qualification (Bachelor of Architecture or higher)
6+ years' experience within an architectural practice
Strong experience across Class 2 and/or aged care projects
Proficiency in ArchiCAD
Solid understanding of Australian codes and standards
Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
