Join one of Australia's leading beverage companies and play a critical role in keeping our production operation running smoothly. As a Site Planner, you'll be responsible for translating demand forecasts into executable production schedules, balancing capacity, labour and inventory requirements to ensure our customers receive the products they need, when they need them.
Working closely with Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Materials Planning and Distribution teams, you'll provide visibility of supply risks, identify opportunities to improve performance and help drive operational excellence across the site.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planner looking to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment where no two days are the same.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and maintain short to medium-term production schedules that optimise service, capacity, labour and inventory outcomes
Monitor demand and capacity constraints, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans to minimise disruption
Partner closely with Manufacturing, Materials Planning and Distribution Planning teams to align site priorities with broader network plans
Provide reporting, analysis and planning insights to support decision making and improve supply outcomes
Maintain planning master data, assumptions and system inputs to ensure schedule accuracy and execution discipline
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and site performance
Communicate supply risks and planning priorities clearly across key stakeholder groups
About You
Experience within Production Planning, Supply Planning, Scheduling or Manufacturing Planning, ideally within FMCG, food, beverage or manufacturing environments
Strong understanding of production scheduling, capacity planning and supply chain operations
Experience using ERP and planning systems, with strong Microsoft Excel capability
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or a related discipline is advantageous
