Your Role
As Retail Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store, including team leadership, sales performance, inventory management, merchandising, supplier relationships, and financial results. You'll play a key role in driving profitability while delivering exceptional service to resort guests and visitors.
Where you'll make an impact
- Lead daily store operations and administrative functions
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop retail team members
- Create and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
- Manage inventory, stocktakes, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Research and source new products and retail opportunities
- Monitor product deliveries and stock availability
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service and guest experiences
- Analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders
- Support financial performance and profitability objectives
What we're looking for
You are an experienced retail leader who is passionate about customer service, sales, and team development. You have strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced retail environment.
To be successful, you will need:
- Current Driver Licence (Essential)
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Essential)
- Proven retail management experience
- Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and operational standards
- Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
- Senior retail management experience
- Finance 1 systems knowledge
