We're currently partnering with a major enterprise customer on a transformative AI and cloud initiative and are looking for a Lead AWS AI Engineer / Architect to play a critical role in shaping the solution from the ground up.
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind the scenes.
We're looking for a technical leader who can engage directly with senior stakeholders, define architecture, lead engineering teams, and deliver production-grade AI and machine learning platforms on AWS.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale AI, Machine Learning, and Data Platforms on AWS.
- Define cloud architecture, engineering standards, and technical roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
- Design and implement MLOps frameworks that enable scalable, repeatable, and governed machine learning deployments.
- Partner directly with business stakeholders, technology leaders, and customer teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead engineering teams through solution design, implementation, deployment, and optimisation.
- Drive best practices across cloud engineering, AI adoption, automation, security, governance, and operational excellence.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer engagement lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
Non-Negotiable Experience
- Strong AWS Engineering background with hands-on delivery experience.
- AWS Architecture expertise, including designing enterprise-scale cloud solutions.
- Proven experience building and deploying MLOps frameworks and machine learning platforms.
- Lead-level experience guiding technical teams and influencing engineering direction.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work directly with executives, business leaders, and customers.
