Job Description Fluor, in joint venture with a Tier 1 global partner, is delivering one of Australia's most significant copper investments: a multi-billion-dollar brownfield expansion of a major smelting and refining operation in South Australia, within a licensed Major Hazard Facility environment. We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to help shape how safety is delivered across this project from the ground up. Adelaide CBD based, transitioning to site as the project progresses. What you'll do Support development and implementation of the project's integrated HSE management system, aligning client, joint venture, and contractor requirements. Review and align contractor HSE systems to project standards, supporting onboarding, tendering, and performance management. Participate in risk studies (CRAW, HAZID, Safety in Design) and maintain risk registers and actions to closure. Support audits, assurance activities, and incident investigations that drive systemic improvement. Analyse HSE data and build reporting and dashboards that give leadership decision-ready insight. Minimum 4 years' HSE experience on major projects in resources, mining, energy, or heavy industrial construction. Contractor HSE management, onboarding, compliance, and performance. Risk study participation (CRAW, HAZID, Safety in Design) and risk register management. Incident investigation (ICAM or equivalent), audit, and assurance experience. Data analysis and reporting skills, including Power BI or similar. Working knowledge of SA WHS legislation; MHF or Safety Case exposure highly regarded.
