The Opportunity

Based at our wastewater treatment plant in Henderson, WA, this Branch Manager role is an outstanding opportunity to lead a critical operational site with genuine autonomy, accountability, and purpose.

You will step into a key leadership role overseeing high-impact operations, with a strong mandate to drive safety excellence, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.

Your ability to lead high-performing teams, supported by strong commercial acumen and experience in water treatment operations, transport and logistics, and fleet management, will be essential to your success

  • Champion a culture of safety and compliance through proactive initiatives, robust systems, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Ensure effective performance management, talent development, and succession planning to drive engagement, capability, and retention across operational teams.
  • Partner closely with Commercial and Finance teams to enhance data integrity, optimise processes, and support strategic market growth.
  • Oversee the operational and financial performance of both sites, including P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Monitor and manage operational expenses, implementing efficiency and costreduction programs that increase profitability while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.

About You

You are an inspired, solutionsfocused operational leader with a proven record of managing complex industrial operations. You balance daytoday site leadership with a continuous improvement mindset, ensuring high levels of team engagement, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

We're seeking someone with:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a fastpaced operation.
  • Strong operational management experience in liquid waste collection and processing is desirable.
  • Solid financial and commercial capability, including branchlevel P&L management and datadriven decisionmaking.
  • A proactive mindset, strong problemsolving abilities, and a successful track record of implementing practical and effective operational improvements.
