Apply Job no: FB3FD Category: Other HSE Advisor - Temporary Labour Hire Contract AGA is seeking a reliable and organised HSE Advisor to support operations on a solar farm project. This is a temporary labour hire opportunity for approximately 4-5 months, suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment and providing tactical, day-to-day safety needs across the organisation. You will be the on-the-ground champion for safety, helping to maintain compliance and support a positive safety culture during a busy peak period. Key Responsibilities: Review and completion of plant and personnel inductions Review and population of HSE documentation, including SWMS, permits, and others as required Completion of HSE audits and inspections on site Communication of toolbox talks to work crew as required Support site daily pre-start Complete incident investigation for low to moderate incidents Incident investigation support for major or above investigations About You: Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS) or equivalent. Experienc in a similar field-based or safety-support role. Familiarity with Hammertech software platform preferred Current White Card and valid Australian Driver's Licence. Strong communication skills and the confidence to speak up about site safety. Immediate start with full working rights in Australia.
