Your Team
The Transformation & Transition team sits within the Chief Operating Office and is charged with the transformation of the business and the end-to-end delivery of programs and projects for CFS. The team works closely across the whole business to bring together the capabilities needed to deliver change that matters to our customers and to our people.
This role will report to the Program Manager, Growth within Transformation & Transition.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end-to-end management of projects ranging from $3-$10 million or you have managed smaller programs of work to deliver solutions and customer experiences that matter.
Use your business and commercial acumen to translate business strategy/requirements into implementable projects / streams of work that deliver value.
Trusted business partner, providing advice and delivery expertise throughout the initiative phases from idea and business case, to implementation.
Manage vendors and partners and be involved in commercial negotiations. You effectively manage relationships across our business and are a leader of business change.
Work with cross-functional teams and facilitate planning of work and optimise the delivery of outcomes. You operate in a way that supports business agility and can adapt quickly to market changes and customer needs.
Excellent experience in vendor sourcing and management ensuring vendors deliver upon agreed commitments where required.
Your Capability and Experience:
- Strong experience in business and project management with a proven track record of successful project outcomes and an array of project-type experience. Project size $5m-10m and have managed multiple initiatives at the same time.
- Exposure to working in large and complex environments, including IT business dependencies
- Experience in leading and managing a large number of project and change management resources
- Experience in interacting with executive & senior management
- Proven track record managing projects and experiences in dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders
