The Role

This is a detail-driven, process-focused role sitting within our Salary Packaging Operations team. As Payments & Cards Officer, you'll keep the daily rhythm of Eziway's payment processing and card management running smoothly - accurately, on time, every time. How You'll Work

Reporting to the Salary Packaging Manager, you'll work closely across:

• Cards Team - Day-to-day card operations, cancellations, exceptions and card stock management
• Salary Packaging - Payment processing, reconciliation and resolving discrepancies
• IT & Software - System queries, card provider ticketing and troubleshooting
• Clients & Employers - Responding to payment and card enquiries within 24 hours
