As we continue to evolve our technology landscape, we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded technology leader to join our team as Head of Business Applications. Reporting to the Group CIO, you will lead the Business Applications function, overseeing application support, business systems, vendor partnerships, project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives across the Group. About the Role As Head of Business Applications, you will play a key role in driving technology-enabled business outcomes across the Group. You will be responsible for: Developing and executing the Business Applications strategy and roadmap Leading enterprise application support, performance and service delivery Partnering with senior business leaders to identify and deliver technology solutions Driving application modernisation, automation and AI initiatives Managing strategic vendor and SaaS provider relationships Leading business application projects and transformation programs Supporting M&A due diligence, integration and systems rationalisation activities Ensuring applications remain secure, scalable and aligned to business objectives Building and developing a high-performing applications team About You You are a strategic technology leader with a strong background in enterprise applications, business systems and stakeholder engagement. You will bring: Demonstrated leadership experience in enterprise applications, business systems or technology services Experience managing complex application portfolios in multi-site environments Strong commercial acumen and vendor management capability A track record of delivering technology-enabled business transformation Exceptional stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills Experience leading and developing high-performing technology teams Exposure to ERP, SaaS and enterprise application environments Experience with data, automation and emerging AI technologies will be highly regarded Why AMA Group?
