What you will do

As the leader of our dynamic Parts Service Team, the purpose of the role is to lead and mentor the team, manage and develop the parts business in a cost efficient and profitable way, ensuring customers' needs are met.

  • Building, developing and sustaining customer relationships
  • Integrating the parts team within the Aftersales environment
  • Ensuring the team is focused on driving business
  • Working with the Branch Manager to deliver efficient and effective stock management
  • Ensure accuracy of documentation and that systems & procedures are maintained


Who you are

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes
  • Your leadership and mentoring abilities will ensure a great team environment
  • Previous experience within the Heavy Vehicle or Automotive industry within a parts/stock/warehouse environment
  • You will have a good understanding of product/service requirements for vehicle preparation, manufacturing and import processes
  • You will have demonstrated stakeholder management and above all be people focused - you strive to deliver positive business outcomes and solutions for our customers
