The role
As an Associate Private Wealth Adviser, you will support Senior Private Wealth Advisers to deliver high-quality financial planning advice to clients with complex needs. You will contribute to client outcomes through preparation, coordination and delivery of advice, as well as:
- Support strategy development, paraplanning briefs, SOA reviews and client presentations
- Deliver ROAs and manage client review tasks, follow-ups and campaigns
- Maintain compliance with AFSL requirements and governance standards
- Contribute to advice quality assurance, audits and remediation activities
- Support innovation in advice delivery, including the use of AI
- Promote UniSuper Advice through events, seminars and member engagement
About you
You are an emerging advice professional with strong foundations in financial planning and a commitment to high standards. You work collaboratively while managing your own workload effectively.
Furthermore, you will have:
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time, meet deadlines and work autonomously
- Knowledge of superannuation, tax, insurance and investment products
- Understanding of compliance frameworks within financial advice
- FASEA approved qualification (or working towards) and ideally FASEA exam completed
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an advice-related role
