The Opportunity

We're on the hunt for a motivated, people-first Customer Service Officer to join our team in Northgate, QLD. This is your chance to be the friendly, problem-solving voice our customers rely on building relationships, resolving issues and making a real difference every single day.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and growing customer relationships through proven strategies that drive retention, satisfaction and sales growth
  • Handling customer service requests through Salesforce CRM
  • Achieving first-call resolution to maximise efficiency and keep customers smiling
  • Processing pricing queries and escalating for compliance and approval
  • Investigating, logging and resolving customer complaints to ensure positive outcomes
  • Monitoring and recording inbound and outbound call and email activity

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Proven ability to manage complaints and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Calm under pressure and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Salesforce CRM experience is a bonus - not essential
  • Intermediate Excel skills
