ActewAGL Retail is looking for a Data Analyst to join our Pricing, Analytics and Regulatory team where your analytical expertise will help deliver trusted insights across a dynamic energy business. About the Role As a Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation. Reporting to the Senior Energy Market Analyst, you'll deliver high-quality dashboards and analytics, automate legacy reporting processes, and support cross-functional projects that evolve with business needs. A day in the life Design, develop, and maintain dashboards that communicate insights across the business. Deliver end-to-end analytics solutions-from scoping to deployment and support. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose. Translate business needs into data solutions and uncover hidden insights. Navigate complex legacy datasets and improve reporting efficiency. Support broader data and transformation projects in a product owner capacity. Please review the attached Position Description to gain a full understanding of the role What You'll Bring Tertiary qualifications in data science, computer science, statistics, or equivalent experience (12-18 months). Strong skills in Power BI (Power Query & DAX), SQL, Python, and Excel. Exposure to Spark, Azure Databricks, and Dynamics 365 is desirable. Ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups. A proactive, resilient, and adaptable mindset with strong analytical thinking.
