The Role We're looking for a proactive and friendly Customer Care Consultant to join our Kalgoorlie Trade Store! This is a front-of-house, customer-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact in-store. We're seeking someone with solid retail/customer service experience who is comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face and working closely within a team to keep the store running efficiently.
