PURPOSE
The Service Technician is responsible for carrying out repairs, maintenance, and service to the complete range of Socomec and Third-Party UPS Systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support
- Preventative maintenance to complete range of Socomec products and third-party products
- Commissioning of Socomec and supporting products on site
- Phone and on-site support
- Fault finding on entire range of equipment, both on site and workshops, service work within premises
- Repairs to stock equipment
- Technical product support to the sales engineer to assist with project sales
- Service and commissioning Reports
- 24/7 Customer Service weekly roster
Customer Relations
- Liaise with customers, ability to sell yourself and to promote service work in a professional sales manner
- Promote Socomec CIM Contracts and consumable replacements to customers
REQUIREMENTS
- Licensed Electrician (Electrical Contractors Licence - NSW)
- UPS, Critical Power or Service related industry experience is preferred
