The Opportunity

Are you a high-performing SDR ready to step into leadership or an experienced Team Lead passionate about building winning outbound teams? We are on the hunt for a Sales Development Team Lead to drive pipeline growth, mentor a talented SDR team, and play a key role in shaping our growth strategy.

This is more than just a leadership role, you will be responsible for building a high-performing SDR function that fuels our sales engine. You will combine hands-on expertise with coaching and strategy, ensuring your team consistently generates quality pipeline and delivers real impact to the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs to consistently achieve and exceed targets
  • Drive high-performing outbound campaigns across cold calling, email, and social selling
  • Ensure delivery of qualified meetings and strong pipeline outcomes
  • Partner closely with Sales Executives to align on target accounts and opportunity strategy
  • Monitor, analyse, and improve team performance across activity, pipeline and conversion metrics
  • Implement best practices, processes and playbooks to scale the SDR function
  • Stay hands-on where needed by supporting outreach, messaging and objection handling

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales development or lead generation, ideally in B2B tech or IT
  • Proven experience in an SDR, BDR or sales role, ideally within tech or cybersecurity
  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience (or ready to step up into a Team Lead role)
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales, lead generation and qualification frameworks
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot) and tracking performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A results-driven mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
